Rainbow Toastmasters is a public speaking club for the LGBTQ+ community and friends, where you’ll meet casual, creative people committed to supporting each other in overcoming the jitters, building their self-confidence, polishing their presentations, expanding their technique, and developing leadership skills. We pride ourselves in fostering a casual and fun environment that is completely open to your personal stories.
Rainbow Toastmasters was founded in 2005 and is the San Francisco Bay Area’s largest communication skills and leadership training resource for the LGBTQ+ community. We welcome everyone, regardless of sexual orientation.

Visitors are welcome to attend all of our meetings. There is no need to call ahead or register. Just show up! Our meetings are typically followed by dinner at a local restaurant, to which all members and guests are invited. We hope to see you at our next meeting!
Rainbow Toastmasters is open to the public and guests are always welcome to attend our meetings free of charge.
We meet every Thursday from 6:30 to 8:30pm, with the exception of the Thanksgiving holiday and winter holidays. Want to visit virtually?
